ZenSeat is a high-tech toilet seat with technology that discreetly tracks bowel movement patterns, empowering caregivers to act early, prevent serious complications, and reduce unnecessary interventions — all while preserving patient dignity and easing caregiver workload. Built a solution that collects data from distributed devices (connected toilet seats), processes it in the cloud and visualises the collected data to the end user in a intuitive web interface.
Create a digital asset management (DAM) solution for app users' local Revit libraries. Users' files are stored in Azure Blob storage. Automatically extract and store file information and geometry of local files on upload to create an enhanced content browsing experience. Design and implement API infrastructure on Azure, created as IaC with Terraform.
Desktop app to assist Architects and Engineers in their daily workflow. The app should allow browsing the content of bimobject.com locally and automatically loading models into Revit. The app is built with Tauri, using an Angular frontend and a Rust backend.
Migrated, rewrote and modernised an email marketing tool, tailored to the construction industry. BPM (Building Product Manufacturers) can precisely target relevant audiences with custom marketing campaigns. Built an internal currency system (credits) for BPM users to spend on different tools throughout BIMobjects business app. The system includes handling different type of credits such as discounted bundle purchases and recurring subscription credits. Campaign cancellations and related cash-backs are covered too. Integrated with Stripe. Built an organisation layer for the BPM users to be able to section their users in Teams. Since many of the companies were global and did not share marketing budgets we enabled them to delegate credits to different teams. In addition to the credits management there was also RBAC for using features throughout the app.
Automate creation of drawings and sheet metal cutting files. Enable creation of common standard products by filling in some dimensions and criterea. Aggregate and transform large datasets for hydrology simulations and risk assessments.

Manage large amounts of SCADA-data measurements from District Heating plants in Eastern Europe, to establish a Measurement and Verification template for such projects as well as follow up specific projects. Data was partially incomplete and had faulty measurements.

The last year at BIMobject he formed, together with a couple of other colleagues, a small fast paced team to create a desktop app that would integrate with the Architechts' daily workflow. The team had strong autonomy in choice of technologies and processes and two developers, including Love, worked full stack to bring the solution to market.
