During my time at IKEA, I worked as a Range Creator and Developer. My primary responsibility as a Range Creator was to input furniture into IKEA's planning tool and set the rules for how the range should behave when placed in different room configurations. Although the role was primarily administrative, over time I have taken on more coding tasks which is expected to increase moving forward. We have written unit tests using Jest and Cypress, and I have contributed to the development of code for handling various exceptions and rules related to the furniture placement logic.
