Malin Andersson

Malin is an experienced project manager and team manager. She started her career as a system developer and has a deep and broad technical knowledge. Malin has worked in many different branches and with a lot of different processes.

She is highly appreciated due to her ability to combine deep dive in technical details as well as understanding business needs and business processes. Malin´s leadership skills has made her highly appreciated both by the employees and the fellow colleagues in various management teams.

Team Manager at Resurs Bank, Helsingborg

When starting at Resurs Bank Malin was responsible for the teams working with Core Banking System, Resurs Core System, and Resurs MFT solution GoAnywhere. Malin was responsible both for staff and daily operational activities. The team consisted of 14 developers, 3 test engineers and 1 architect. The team worked in an agile way with continuous delivery. The Core Banking System is developed in RPG and PLEX on IBMi. Besides the work as team manager Malin also helped develop common requirements- and development processes for business and IT in the bank. In September 2021 the Core Banking System team was outsourced to Apper Systems AB. Malin continued as team manager with the same responsibilities as before but as a subcontractor to Apper. In August 2024 the responsibility for 5 java developers and 1 test engineer was transferred to Malin as result of a reorganization at Resurs. The java team was working with the integration layer between the Core Banking System and other systems at Resurs Bank.

Site Manager at Apper Systems AB, Helsingborg

Malin was responsible for Apper’s office in Helsingborg including employees in Helsingborg. As site manager Malin was part of Apper’s leadership team and reported to the CEO. Malin was responsible for Apper’s delivery to Resurs Bank including budget and staffing. Malin helped with developing processes for pre-sales and sales and was a strong contributor to Apper’s ISO-certification.

Project Manager at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Landskrona

Malin was project manager for different projects in R&D Revolving Doors including software, electronics and mechanics. One project was to design a new revolving door. The design had to take into consideration all security requirements, look and feel, how to assemble the parts, maintenance and so on. During this project Malin was responsible for ensuring that the design would work for all parties, in factory, assembly, service and maintenance as well as fulfilling certification requirements. Three patents were filed and received during the project.

Project Manager at Scania IT, Helsingborg

Malin was project manager for a Master Data Management project within Scania involving IT, Business and workshops worldwide. The project was responsible for developing and setting up a Master Data Management process for customer and vehicle data for service at all Scania workshops. The project also developed support for the MDM process in relevant IT-systems. Malin was responsible both for the IT part of the project but was also involved in business processes as well as roll out.
