Johan has 30 years of experience of product development. His main focus is embedded software. Since Johan has been leading product development teams he also have a good understanding of production, mechanics, regulatory demands and leading. During the last 15 years or so Johan have spent the major part of his engineering work on collecting demands and convert them into specifications. Johan has also made his share of pre studies that often includes specification of products.
Johan is a creative problem solver with a deep understanding of user experience, he is also an easygoing person with excellent communication skills.

Helped Luminell with final integration and troubleshooting. Work in Halmstad and at end customers site in Italy. Searchlight integrated with radar etc for Italian Navy.
Garo developed a line of fan heaters for the Scandinavian market. I wrote the electronic and electrical parts of the product specification. I worked close together with the mechanics designer. I did rapid prototyping, testing. As a spin off we did another similar project for air dryers. I wrote a software prototype for the user interface and named it "FanTastic", Garos marketing department liked the name and the product line is named FanTastic
In the first part of the project I helped UniLever to finalize the hardware of a HMI they ordered from a Chinese company. I also did some user interface prototyping and edited electronics specification and wrote software specification. I was hired to help the companies to communicate better. In the second part of the project i was in lead of doing specification and implementation of a boot loader for the HMI.
